I’m Vanessa, and this program was born from my own journey of reconnection.
There was a time when I operated from strong masculine and rigid energy. My mind was highly structured, perfectionist to the smallest detail. I lived by expectations, trying to fit into society’s rules. But this only left me feeling disconnected from my body and my craft and with no passion or energy for anything. This manifested in hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and adrenal fatigue. In the midst of chaos, something within me began to shift and that became the pivotal moment for change.
After nearly two decades as a corporate senior designer and art director across fashion, cosmetics, government, and finance industries in Peru, Australia, and the US, my life began to transform.
Root to Rise emerged from that transition—a path of deep unlearning, reconnection, and embodiment that reshaped the way I live, create, and do business.
I created this container for women who, like me, have felt disconnected and are now ready to awaken their inner compass, reconnect with their energy, and rediscover the spark of creativity and joy.

If you feel a yes to the mentorship, here’s how we begin:
You’ll complete your payment via Wise, Zelle, bank transfer, or a secure payment link I provide. If you chose two payments, you will pay the first half at the start and the second half before session five.
You’ll receive your first workbook to complete before our first session.
We’ll schedule your first session and set a weekly rhythm for our time together.
You’ll receive calendar invites with all the details for each session so you feel fully supported and organised.

We meet once a week for 8 consecutive weeks via Zoom for a 60-minute session (I recommend allowing an extra 30 minutes in case we go deeper).
Each session is a blend of coaching, reflection, guidance, and energetic work:
